Sesame Pudding


1. grind sesame with blender, mixer, or food processor.

2. soak gelatin in the hot water.

3. pour milk, cream, sugar, and seasame into a pan and bring to a boil, then boil down.

4. removed from heat add gelatin and stir.

5. strain through a fine sieve.

6. pour the mixture into custard cups.

7. refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

8. next, make the sugar syrup.

9. pour water and bring to a boil and add sugar]let the syrup become proper consistency.

10. poour syrup over the pudding.
