Sevian Payasam (Vermicelli Pudding)


1. Heat the ghee and fry the vermicelli until a golden brown.

2. Mix in the cashew nuts and the raisins.

3. Add milk and boil for 5 minutes.

4. Mix in the sugar and stir till the sugar is dissolved.

5. Stir in the cardamom powder and serve hot or warm.
