1. BREAD: 2. Proof yeast with the water and honey. 3. Add oil and flour with salt. 4. Knead until ball forms. 5. Slam dough down on board 10 times. 6. Let dough rise until doubled. 7. Punch down. 8. Cut into egg sized balls. 9. Let rest while cooking meat mixture. 10. STUFFING: 11. Saute ground beef and onions in olive oil, allspice, cardamom, and cinnamon. 12. Add tahini, sour cream, and pomegranate molasses. 13. Stir to combine. 14. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. 15. TO ASSEMBLE: 16. Grease a baking sheet. 17. Roll dough into a small circle. 18. Place stuffing in center. 19. Wet the outer edge of dough with water. 20. Take 2 sides of dough and seal them by pinching between finger and thumb. 21. Repeat wth other side; will resemble a star with stuffing showing. 22. Put on baking sheet. 23. Repeat until done. 24. Let rise 10 minutes, covered. 25. Brush with powdered milk mixture. 26.
