1. Chop the onion very fine. 2. Peel and slice tomatoes 1/2 inch thick. 3. Fry onion until it softens. 4. Add tomatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes. Shell eggs, leave whole, and slide onto tomato mixture. 5. Cook for 5 minutes. 6.
