1. In lg skillet, cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp. 2. Drain all but 4 T of the drippings. 3. Add hash browns; mix well. 4. Cook over med for 10 minutes, turning when brown. 5. Make 8"wells" in hash browns; put 1 egg in each. 6. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese. 7.
