Shredded Beef - Crock Pot Recipe!


1. Place all ingredients in crock pot on low for 8-9 hours.

2. **The liquid should almost cover the roast, so you can add more water to bring to that level. I just continue to add beer to get to that level. It takes anywhere from 2-3 bottles.

3. Take beef out of crock pot and shred with forks.

4. You can reduce the liquid if you want a more intense flavor.

5. Add beef back to crock pot and you're ready to go! This is great with sandwich rolls and shredded cheese (mozzarella is my favorite). Make sure to get some juice on the bread! :).
