1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. 2. Meanwhile, melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic and shrimp; cook and stir 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm. 3. Add next 4 ingredients and remaining butter to skillet; cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk.
