1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. Place all ingredients except shrimp and tomato in a large container with a lid. Seal and shake until mixed. 3. Pour into a greased 9x9 inch dish and add Shrimp and tomato slices on top. 4. Let settle for 5 minutes. 5. Bake for 35-40 minutes. 6.
