Shrimp Egg Rolls


1. Chop vegetable into very small pieces.

2. Chop shrimp in half.

3. Stir fry shrimp and vegetables until crisp-tender.

4. Spoon small amount of shrimp veggie mixture into egg roll wrapper and fold according to directions on egg roll wrapper.

5. Deep fry until golden brown.

6. Serve in hot Chinese mustard.
