1. Cook pasta according to package,drain. 2. Heat oil in large skillet,over medium high heat,add garlic and onion,saute until soft,about 3 minutes. 3. Add shrimp and cook until opaque,about 2 minutes. 4. Add wine and cook until reduced by 1/2,about 2 minutes. 5. Add tomatoes,artichokes and capers. 6. Add basil and pasta,toss to coat well. 7.
