1. In a wok, coat the bottom of the pan with oil, not too much. 2. Add the first 7 ingredients and stir. 3. When the pan gets hot, add the shrimp, stirring around to cook and coat with the spices and oil. 4. Cook about 1 minute then remove. 5. Add the vegetables and quickly stir fry, do not over cook. 6. Add the udon, only cooking till it comes to temperature. 7. Return the shrimp to the wok, toss in sesame oil and serve. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
