Shrimp With Feta Cheese (Greek)


1. In a large pan saute onion and garlic in the olive oil until tender.

2. Stir in the wine, basil, oregano, salt, red pepper and tomatoes.

3. Heat to boiling.

4. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 20 minutes.

5. Stir in the shrimp and lemon juice.

6. Cover and cook until shrimp is pink (3-5 minutes).

7. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
