Shrimp With Feta Cheese


1. Cook and stir onions and garlic in oil in large skillet over medium heat until onion is tender.

2. Stir in wine, basil, oregano, salt, red pepper and tomatoes.

3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes.

4. Stir in shrimp and lemon juice. Cover and cook until shrimp is pink, 3 to 5 minutes.

5. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.

6. Serve with hot cooked rice or orzo pasta.
