1. Marinate chicken wings in soy sauce, ginger, garlic and vinegar. 2. Heat oil in non-stick electric fry pan. 3. Place the marinated chicken and lightly fry. 4. After 10 minutes, add the tomato sauce. 5. Cook on low heat for about 30 minutes or until chicken wings are tender. 6.
