1. Combine spices and seasonings in a small bowl; rub into pork. (I then let it sit at room temp for about 15 minutes, though I don't really know if this helps). 2. Place in Crock Pot and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Chop or shred meat, and stir in a little of the cooking liquid to moisten. 3.
