Simple Fried Chicken


1. Measure flour and put into a bowl.

2. Add the thyme, paprika, chili powder, pepper, salt, garlic salt into the same bowl as the flour.

3. Mix them all together well using a spoon.

4. Crack and beat an egg into a separate bowl/container.

5. Put oil in a wok and heat oil at a setting of medium-high or 4/5.

6. Dip chicken in egg then into the mixture. Do this to all the pieces.

7. When oil heated put in wok and cook for about 20 minutes.

8. Serve and enjoy.
