1. Chop tomatoes into bite sized chunks, remove seeds. 2. Cut celery into bite sized pieces. 3. Slice cucumbers into chunky quarters, leave skin on. 4. Dice red/green or yellow capsicum. 5. Slice onion into thin wedges. 6. Crumble feta over salad in bite sized pieces. 7. Toss together in a glass bowl, sprinkle with garlic salt and pour over dressing, coating everything well (I use Kraft Greek dressing). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
