Simple Greek Salad


1. Chop tomatoes into bite sized chunks, remove seeds.

2. Cut celery into bite sized pieces.

3. Slice cucumbers into chunky quarters, leave skin on.

4. Dice red/green or yellow capsicum.

5. Slice onion into thin wedges.

6. Crumble feta over salad in bite sized pieces.

7. Toss together in a glass bowl, sprinkle with garlic salt and pour over dressing, coating everything well (I use Kraft Greek dressing).
