Simple Paneer Makhani (Vegetarian)


1. Cube paneer to bite size pieces.

2. Melt butter and add bay leaves. Heat for a while until there is a good aroma.

3. Remove bay leaves.

4. Add all spices and mix.

5. Add garlic and brown some.

6. Add tomato puree, mix and heat to a simmer.

7. Stir in paneer and whipping cream.

8. Add water if needed to make thinner.

9. Serve over basmati rice.
