1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add flour a little at a time. 3. Divide mixture in half and knead each piece 5 minutes or more. 4. Gently roll out into a circle, place on a baking tray and prick all over with a fork. 5. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. 6. Cut into 8 wedges and lightly sprinkle with sugar. 7.
