1. Open all cans first. 2. In a sauce pan heat olive oil on medium heat. 3. Add chili flakes. 4. Saute 1-2 minutes until slightly darkened. 5. Immediately add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. 6. Stir. 7. Bring to a boil. 8. Add wine. 9. Lower heat and add sliced garlic cloves. 10. Cover and simmer on low for 20 min 11.
