1. Peel and dice the carrot and onion into small pieces. When done, add to ground beef and cook on high until almost browned. Reduce to a simmer, and add beef broth/stock. Let simmer for an hour, until the liquid has reduced and thickened. Remove from heat, and let sit for 10 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes to the top of the beef mixture, and spread evenly.
