1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. 2. If time permits chill in the fridge for an hour or so. 3. Shape mixture into a loaf. 4. Place in an oven proof container and cover. 5. Cook for 25min at 180-200 deg C. 6. Removed from oven and top with tomato sauce (can mix 1 tbsp of brown sugar if you have a sweet tooth). 7. Return to oven for 15-20 more minutes or until cooked. 8. Let the loaf sit for a couple of minutes before cutting or serving. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
