1. Brown meat and onion in large skillet. Drain fat. 2. Stir in chilies, cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, and milk. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. 3. Soften tortillas in the microwave wrapped in paper towels. 4. Place grated cheese inside each tortilla and roll up. 5. Place tortillas in sauce in skillet and spoon sauce over tortillas.
