1. Tie saffron, cloves, cinnamon and mace in a piece of cheesecloth. 2. Place spice bundle and milk in a saucepan. 3. Heat to just under the boiling point and simmer for 30 minutes. 4. Add sugar. 5. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and add to milk mixture. 6. Stir and cook for 5 minutes more. 7.
