1. Melt butter in a pan. 2. Stir-fry garlic and onion in it on medium heat for 10 minutes. 3. Add rice and stir-fry for a minute. 4. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. 5. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. 6. Fluff with a fork then turn off heat and re-cover and cook in its own steam for 30 minutes. 7.
