1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion, chopped Jalapenos and salt. 2. Drain or spoon off excess fat after browning. 3. Add tomato sauce, water and garlic powder to meat mixture. 4. Simmer for 10-15 mins to thicken to desired consistency for serving. 5. Heat tortillas keeping them soft and pliable. 6. I usually heat them on a gas burner set to low, turning them quite often. 7. Brown crusty spots are quite welcome! 8. Swipe garlic butter across center of warmed tortilla. 9. Add single portion of meat mixture and fold in half like a taco. 10.
