1. 1. Place mushrooms, broth, tomato paste, optional wine and sage in cooker. 2. 2. Add chicken and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours. 3. 3. Remove chicken from pot and add thyme to sauce. 4. 4. Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup liquid from pot and stir into sauce. 5. 5. Cook on high for 15 minutes or until thickened. 6. 6.
