1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. 2. Place chicken in crockpot. 3. Put quinoa in a sieve and pour boiling water over it. 4. Mix with all other ingredients and pour over chicken. 5. Cook for 5-7 hours on low. 6. Remove chicken and shred it and return chicken to crockpot. 7. Keep on warm until ready to serve. 8.
