1. Cut steak into serving size pieces, removing all visible fat. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. 2. Place in the slow cooker with the dill, onion and bouillon cube. Add 1/2 cup water. 3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. 4. Remove the meat and thicken the juices with the 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup water. 5. Add the sour cream. 6. Return the meat to the slow cooker. 7.
