1. Heat oil in large skillet. 2. Add chicken and lightly brown for 5 minutes. 3. Add onions and garlic and cook 5 more minutes. 4. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. 5. Stir in chicken broth and simmer on low for 10 minutes. 6. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. 7.
