Smokey Chipotle Grilled White Fish


1. Chop chili and cilantro and mix with juice of 1/2 a lime. A small food processor works great for this.

2. Marinade fish in mixture for several hours or over night in a zip-top bag in the fridge.

3. Grill fish on high for 3 or 4 minutes per side.

4. Serve with lime wedges from the other half of the lime.
