Smokey Hot Sauce


1. place tomatoes, chilies, raisins, onion and garlic in a blender and puree.

2. Add to a pot with rest of ingredients.

3. Cook for 20 minutes.

4. Pour into sterilized jars leaving 1/2 inch head space. Process for 10 minutes.

5. Let flavors meld for a week or two.
