Smucker'S Moroccan Chicken


1. For sauce:.

2. Mix all ingredients and set aside (to serve at room temperature).

3. For chicken:.

4. Mix first three ingredients to make a rub. Rub all over chicken pieces.

5. Broil skin side down for 15 minutes, turn and broil 15 minutes more, until skin is crisp and juices run clear.

6. Brush on 1/4 cup Low Sugar Orange Marmalade or Apricot Preserves. Broil 2 minutes more.

7. Serve with sauce.
