1. Heat the oil and butter in a pan on medium heat. 2. Add the rice and stir until all the grains are coated with the oil/butter mixture and lightly toasted. 3. Add water and tomato bouillon. 4. Stir to combine throughly. 5. Allow to come to a boil. 6. Reduce heat to low and cover. NO PEEKING! 7. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until all water is absorbed. 8. Allow rice to rest for 5 minutes after cooking. 9. Fluff with a fork and serve! 10. Garnish with parsley if desired. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
