Socker Kaka ( Calla Lilies)


1. Preheat oven to 400F and grease your cookie sheets.

2. Sift dry ingredients together.

3. Beat eggs stiff; add sifted ingredients.

4. Beat two minutes; add vanilla.

5. Drop by spoonfuls on prepared cookie sheet, two inches apart (allow 4 per sheet).

6. Bake until delicately browned.

7. Remove at once and roll into a cone shape.

8. Turn folded side down to cool.

9. Fill with lightly sweetened whipped cream and use a strip of candied orange peel for the center.

10. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
