1. In a pan (i use a dutch oven) add oil and fideo. Toast fideo until well browned. 2. add chicken stock and then rest of ingredents. 3. cook covered for appx 25 minute. 4. sazon mix instructions. 5. combine all of sazon ingredients in blender add water to thin if needed freeze leftover in ice cube trays then put in bag and use for seasoning for many dishes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
