1. Heat oil in a pan. 2. Add the prepared pastes and stir-fry until the raw smell is gone. 3. Drain and add the lentils. 4. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. 5. Add water and salt. 6. Mix well. 7. Cook, covered for 10-15 minutes, or until the lentils are tender. 8. Garnish with corriander leaves. 9.
