1. Saute all the vegetables and spices in the olive oil until the cabbage is wilting. 2. Add ground beef and saute until the beef is all browned and cooked through. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they break down. 4. Add olives and garbanzo beans and cook through. 5. Add frozen green beans and simmer until tender. 6.
