1. Cut each fillet into 6 pieces. 2. Put in a baking dish in a single layer. 3. Sprinkle with onion. 4. Add mustard seed, celery seed, turmeric, salt, vinegar, and water. 5. Cover the dish. 6. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 30 minutes. 7. Serve hot or cold. 8.
