1. Saute onions, garlic, jalapeno, and meat in oil for 10 minutes.

2. Add salt, pepper and wine, cover, simmer 10 minutes.

3. Add remainig ingredients,

4. Cover, simmer 30 minutes.

5. Serve over rice, noodles or rolled up in pita bread.
