1. In large non-stick skillet, brown southwest hash browns on medium high heat for 9 minutes stirring occasionally. 2. While the potatoes are cooking add the Soy Chorizo to a medium size non-stick skillet. Cook on medium high for 7 minutes stirring often. 3. Add green chilies to the Soy Chorizo and cook for an additional 7 minutes stirring often. 4. Add the Soy Chorizo mixture to the skillet of potatoes mixing well. 5. Heat flour tortillas in a small non-stick skillet 30 seconds on each side. 6. Put 1/2 cup of potato and soy mixture in each tortilla. 7.
