Southwest Beef Pasta


1. Boil pasta as directed.

2. Stir-fry over medium heat: beef strips, onion, chili powder and minced garlic in a skillet sprayed generously with cooking spray until beef is lightly browned.

3. Add red bell pepper, and chopped green chilies; cook and stir until pepper is tender-crisp.

4. Stir in hot cooked pasta, 3/4 cup of water and beef flavored bouillon granules.

5. Heat through.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy with tortillas or chips if desired.
