1. cook quinoa as directed on package with 4 C water and the vegetable base. 2. while the quinoa is cooking, combine the black beans, red pepper, jalapeños, cilantro, and onion in a bowl. 3. When the quinoa is done cooking add the frozen corn to it and stir. let cool a bit. 4. combine the quinoa mix and the veggies, add the remaining ingredients, stir and serve.
