Southwest Vegetable Saute


1. Saute zucchini, pepper and onion in a large skillet in oil over high heat 2 minutes; stirring frequently.

2. Add corn and seasonings; continue cooking 2 minutes or until heated through.

3. Top with cheese; cover.

4. Cook 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
