Soy Beans With Bamboo Shoots


1. Shred bamboo shoots.

2. Remove membrane from soy beans by rubbing and rinse.

3. Bring all ingredients except soy beans and bamboo shoots to a boil.

4. Add soy beans and bamboo shoots.

5. When it boils again, turn heat low and simmer for 1/2 hour, adding water to keep from burning.

6. Remove from heat.

7. Sprinkle with sesame oil.
