Spaghetti Piccata


1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in skillet over med. heat.

3. Saute` mushrooms and garlic lightly for 2 minutes.

4. Add white wine and lemon juice.

5. Simmer over low heat until liquid has cooked down by one-half (about 4 min.).

6. Stir capers into sauce and heat thoroughly.

7. Add cooked spaghetti to skillet and season with salt and pepper.

8. Sprinkle with parsley.

9. Garnish with lemon wedge and serve.
