Spaghetti Siracusani


1. Heat oil and add garlic.

2. Cook gently.

3. Add tomatoes, anchovy, capers and olives.

4. Simmer.

5. Stir in basil.

6. Season.

7. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water whilst sauce is simmering.

8. Drain and serve.
