1. In 12 inch skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is no longer pink. 2. Drain; Stir in tomato juice, water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and spices. 3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. 4. Add uncooked spaghetti; stir to separate strands. 5. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes more, or until spaghetti is tender. 6. Stir often. 7.
