1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender but firm. 2. Drain and return to the pot, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid. 3. Meanwhile, in a non-stick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. 4. Cook the red pepper and garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. 5. Add the tuna, breaking into chunks. 6. Add the capers, salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes. 7. Cook for 2 minutes or until hot. 8. Add the cooking liquid. 9.
