1. Place brussels sprouts in a steamer basket over boiling water. 2. Cover saucepan and steam 8 minutes or until tender. 3. Heat oil in a non-reactive saucepan over medium heat. 4. Saute onions and green pepper 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. 5. Add tomatoes, herbs, salt, and pepper to taste. 6. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes. 7. Add Brussels sprouts to tomato mixture. 8.
